AirconAlert is a free UK stock-alert service operated by 5 Rivers Labs (a sole trader based in the UK). By using AirconAlert or signing up for alerts, you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and plain.
What AirconAlert is
AirconAlert monitors product availability at third-party retailers and emails you when items you've asked about appear to come back in stock. The service is free and provided on a best-effort basis.
Stock and price information is not guaranteed
We do our best to keep stock and price information accurate, but we can't guarantee it. Retailer stock and prices change constantly, listings sell out in minutes, and the information we show may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Always confirm availability, specification, and price on the retailer's own website before buying. We are not responsible for any loss, cost, or disappointment resulting from reliance on information shown or sent by AirconAlert, including missed stock, price changes, or a purchase you would not otherwise have made.
Alerts are best-effort
We can't guarantee that an alert will be sent, that it will arrive, or that it will arrive in time for stock still to be available. Alerts depend on third-party systems — retailer websites, our email provider, and your own inbox — that are outside our control.
Third-party retailers
When you click a link to a retailer, you leave AirconAlert and that retailer's own terms and privacy policy apply. We are not the seller, we are not party to your purchase, and we have no responsibility for the products, prices, delivery, returns, warranties, or customer service of any retailer. Any dispute about a purchase is between you and the retailer.
Affiliate links
Some retailer links on AirconAlert are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a small commission if you buy — at no extra cost to you. This never influences which products or retailers we show you.
Acceptable use
Please use AirconAlert only for its intended purpose. You agree not to misuse the service — for example by scraping it, overloading it, attempting to disrupt it, signing others up without their consent, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or remove access if the service is misused.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of AirconAlert at any time without notice. We may also update these terms; if we do, we'll change the date above, and material changes will be notified by email where appropriate.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, AirconAlert is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss, and for any loss arising from the accuracy, timeliness, or delivery of stock information and alerts.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
